All sales are final.<\/li>\n<li>Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned free of charge.\u00a0 A pre-paid return label is provided in every order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for China Royal credit only. The amount of the\u00a0China Royal Gold (credit)\u00a0will be the current selling price of the items returned.<\/p>\n<p>China Royal\u00a0will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition .<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of returned goods,\u00a0China Royal\u00a0reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.<\/p>\n<h5>PAYPAL RETURNS<\/h5>\n<p>When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS<\/h5>\n<p>In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.<\/p>\n<h6>Express<\/h6>\n<p>Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You may choose to select UPS Air Services for expedited delivery (applicable to Alaska and Hawaii only).<\/p>\n<p>Orders containing fragrances can only be shipped via ground service (Standard or Express) within the continental United States.\u00a0 Shipment to international territories, P.O. boxes, AK, HI, and APO\/FPO addresses are unavailable for these items.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer\u00a0Saturday\u00a0delivery.<\/p>\n<p>China Royal\u00a0will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.<\/p>\n<p>You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.<\/p>\n<h5>REFUSAL OF DELIVERY<\/h5>\n<p>If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse.
